Oh, experiment and ask. I picked up a few things (in OE) from Shane
originally, and a few more (try to make a new group entry) from one of the
developers on the Entourage mailing list. Some I've discovered for myself -
e.g., how to make a group member _as a contact_ with the contact icon
(linked to whatever the current default email address might be) rather than
as just a name and address with an "@" symbol.

Not in Entourage. One of these days, I intend to write a proper reference
guide.
