Choose Folder Glitch

Howdy,
After a flurry of updating everything, I've noticed some display
glitches when using "choose folder". What I've noticed is that part
of the bottom of the choose folder dialog is obscured until I resize
the window. Has anyone else seen this?
I'm running the just released versions of OS X and Dev Tools.
Putting the bellyaching aside, I want to shower the AppleScript
engineering team with much praise. Thanks for the previews and for
what is yet to come! 'Tis a fine time to be a an AppleScripter. :-)
