Although it had the '.app' extension, my copy of SE 2.0 just looked like a
folder, which meant it couldn't be dragged to the dock. By renaming it when
it was closed, then renaming it again, it now has a generic "app" icon, but
I still can't drag it to the dock. So I can't switch to it from any other
app when it's running - I have to go to in the Finder and double-click it
just to bring it to the front. Same just to quit it! Is there any way to
get it to package itself with a proper icon and appear in the dock?
