I attended the Applescript Pro session in Monterey in May, and Chris E (very generously) drove down from Cupertino to talk to the group.

The need for this level of control was raised by Ray Robertson of Scripting Matters during the Q&A we had with Chris, and (I hope I'm not speaking out of school) several of us at the session had the impression that he was surprised that it was seen as such high priority.

I'm *very* impressed that this could be rolled out in 7 months as part of an OS update.

Thanks, Chris, for taking the idea seriously, and thanks to Ray and others I don't know about first hand for pursuing it vigorously with Chris and Apple.

Let the GUI scripts flow!
