Hey everyone,
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction here
(I'm not asking for a script to be written... I actually want to do
this myself):
The situation is that my Internet connection becomes flaky at times, so
on downloading the 200+ messages that get to my account between the
time I leave work and the time I get home, it will drop out sometimes
only part of the way when it's done. Hopefully, this will be fixed in
Mail.app eventually, but 'till then, I'd like to write a script that
will search for duplicates in my folders (I have somewhere between 40
and 50, some sub-folders, not including the standard In, Out, Drafts,
Trash, etc) and erase all but one. I'd also like to have it Rebuild
mailboxes, but that I can accomplish with the new GUI scripting. I'd
probably do the filtering on a combination of From, To and Date.
TIA for your advice, and happy holidays (and/or New Year depending on
what you celebrate)
