A couple of things here:
1. If you select one or more messages and choose 'Add Sender to Address
Book', Mail will add the senders of all the selected messages to the
Address Book.
2. The addresses in the To: or Cc: fields of any message you send will
automatically be added to the Address History, a list of addresses
managed by Mail (in the Window menu)
Attached in a script that should do what you want, tested on 10.2.3,
but should work on 10.2 or later.
[demime 0.98b removed an attachment of type application/octet-stream which had a name of Add Recipients to Address Book.scpt]
