Any luck with remote AppleScripts?

I've been trying to create an AppleScript that will tell my remote
desktop machine to connect or disconnect from my dial-up ISP.
The script works locally, but I get various errors if I try to send it
remotely.
This is what I have been trying and I usually get an Error -600:
