With mege fields, doesn't seem possible, and there is no class
corresponding to a merge field.
Merge field: <<field1>> blah blah <<field2>>

Get data current record of current layout will return only the last field
of the entire merge field. :<

One workaround would be a calc field mimicking the merge field, or better
yet, constructing the whole letter in AS, since text styles can be
preserved.
