Not that any part of what you said is correct, nor will your mind ever be
changed, but Eudora's biggest problem is Qualcomm, not Microsoft. There is
no reason to have no Palm sync in the Mac version, yet have it in the
windows version that can be blamed on MS.
There is no reason to not give people the option of a two or three paned
interface in the Mac version like you get in the windows version that can be
blamed on Microsoft.
There is no reason for some of the most confusing terminology I have ever
seen in an email app, to the point that if someone offers me MONEY to script
Eudora, I raise my rates until they go away, or change email clients.
Bad IMAP etc, this is not Microsoft's fault. This is Qualcomm's.

Who hated Eudora so bad that he bought Emailer, went to Netscape with 4.5
because he wanted a decent IMAP client, went to OE with 4.5 because he could
have server folder rules, and went to E'rage because for me, it's the
perfect email client.
