I've created several AppleScripts for our artists using PhotoScripter that
would be very "time consuming" without PhotoScripter. They usually involve
variables and other programs - create x number of layers within the
document. Also with PhotoScripter, I can write the program without creating
all the tiny necessary Action steps and not worry what Actions are installed
on various machines.
We got around the costs of PhotoScripter, by buying single user copies for
each artist since they create their own work. It has easily paid for itself.
I would still recommend to people if Photoshop is their program.
But I'm looking forward to the next version Photoshop....
