The quick way is using "choose from list" (standard additions).
The long way, using osax "Resource Runner" (DITL's resediting dialogs),
"Dialog Director" (Dialog Studio can help you so much), "Appearance osax"
(shareware, I've never worked with it), or "high-level" apps, such as
"FaceSpan" or "AppleScript Studio" (OS X).
