It works fine. But you have to make sure that your CGI is stay open (as any
AS CGI should be) and, under 1.6, it must already run before your webserver
calls it, to get the expected response. Otherwise the first call will return
no result.


all I can tell you is nothing worked at all with 1.6, but when I plugged in AS 1.5.5 everything worked like an absolute charm (Thanx Jeff). Now I just wish I could use a CGI on my mac.com webpage....

ps... on another subject: as a musician I have to say, it's not the math for me - it's the creation of cool widgets...
