Run one script from another

  • Subject: Run one script from another

I have a login script that runs after 20 minutes of idle time. I want to
put a script on the desktop that a user can click to "log out" when they are
done. I've tried using the following:

run script alias "Macintosh HD:Scripts:login"

but I always get a Finder error saying "Network File Permission error". I
have NO idea where that comes from. Tried turning off File sharing but get
the same error. I've tried compiling the script as an application and
telling the Finder to activate it. No luck.

Can anyone point me to the correct syntax for having one script activate
another?

Thanks,
