Certainly, if you download the freeware Pacifist app, which does the same
in X as Tome Viewer does in classic, then open the various bits of the
10.1.3 package (see Core Services/Receipts) you'll find various AS things -
rather like those detailed by Phil, but with a few others too. The Apple
report (on the website) says that URL Access and URLAS is improved (or
something) in 10.1.3 vs 1.2.

Beyond that, I dunno.
