Why not store the first date as a property, then once it happens and you
have acknowledged it you add 14 days to get the next date. Store that date
as the next one.
You could just download Palm Desktop and use it as an organizer. It would
allow you to set all kinds of reminders. You don't need a Palm device.
Also, where I live, every two weeks is called a fortnight.
