Naming boxes in Quark 4.11

Anyone think of a reason why a box would refuse to be named in a particular
Quark document? I have received Quark files from a third party and I cannot
seem to name the boxes, yet all my files and any new ones I create do not
have this problem. I have tried a number of box naming scripts but the
result is always the same.
