Thanks for the reply!
I'm using the latest NUD/C, in OS X in fact.
I have read your very thorough examples and notes that came with the
program, which have been very helpful. Unfortunately, my ignorance is
getting in the way.
I've been working with the O'Reilly book as well, so I promise I'm trying to
do as much of this as I can :-)
It's this one sticking point of the categories that I can't seem to figure
out. Even if I can just hard-code the categories into the script, that'd be
fine by me -- just wouldn't be a very share-able script!
If there was a way to either
1-Have a single dialog box to set up the whole event, which I imagine
probably would require AppleScript Studio? Or
2-Just pop up the event detail window itself so I can edit the whole thing
there ... One of those options would be fine too.
But as it stands the only thing I can figure out is to set each variable in
its own dialog box, then have NUD create the new event. It sounds, from
your documentation, that there isn't a way to pop up just the event detail
window...
Best.
