automatic scripts

Hi there,

Newbie here. I have a great script and I want it to run automatically on start up. It's an application in the startup folder but it won't run unless I click on the "run" button it gives me. How can I get this thing to work without requiring the message? In other words I want this to run invisibly on start up.

I'm not looking for a hand out here, just point me to the webpage that has the information. it's such an obvious thing I'm sure the info is public somewhere. I just don't seem to be digging in the right mine.

Thanks a bunch.
