Scripting OS X Mail app

Does anyone know the syntax/how I can write a script to tell the Apple OS X
Mail app to switch default email accounts? This action doesn't seem to be
recordable. What I'm trying to do is generate email via a Filemaker Pro
database, send it using Mail app, then switch default email accounts so the
mail will be now be generated using another POP account, then send that. I
just can't figure out how to write a script to make Mail change its default
email account setting.

Any help would be most appeciated. Thanks.
