Yes indeedy, it's all a-happenin' on my site <cough>. The woefully
unfinished conversionLib does %XX style encoding/decoding. The woefully
incomprehensible htmlEncoderBuilder creates custom libraries that perform
MacRoman-to-HTML-entity encoding. The former will be completely completed
sometime circa 2010; the latter comprehensively beaten into something
approaching "user friendliness" shortly thereafter (oooh, say mid-22nd
century). Still, both are usable inasmuch as I can use them, and I'll be
happy to provide advice if you need it.

p.s. If you manage to figure out the rules for web address extraction, I'd
be interested to hear: I've already got a neat-o email addy extractor
written and have great plans for releasing a similar thing for web addys
sometime before the closure of the universe. Cheers.
