It doesn't look like it's possible. The dictionary entry (for AI10) is:

print: Print the specified object(s)
print list of anything -- the file(s) or document(s) to be printed
[dialog boolean] -- should a print dialog be presented to the user
(default: true)

So you'll just have to put the number of copies into a repeat loop.
