Using the with properties in a Droplet

The Finder dictionary shows the open handler to have an optional 'with
properties' argument, is it possible to get that record within an
AppleScript Droplet (Save as Application), I've writing an AppleScript
that launches AppleScript Droplets and I want to pass some other
information as well as an alias list, I can't do this by using load
script because I want to run multiple Droplets concurrently.
