119 error results from "too old software" and a change to Mac OS 9 that
allowed for moer concurrently open files.

Does anyone know what might cause a system error type 119 (OS 9). I see this
whenever I try to quit ResEdit. The debugger says "dsMustUseFCBAccessors".
Also, does anyone know of a relatively up-to-date error list (mine is from
1998).
