I've outputted PDF from Filemaker using Stone Create. Create is a page layout app that can save documents as PDF, PS, and many other forms. Further, Create allows you to save documents as AppleScripts. It essentially records your actions as you are creating your document and then saves the resulting script. Very nice and very customized. I've created stock certificates, legal real estate forms and other documents using Stone Create. There is a free demo available.

I need to automate report printing from Filemaker and I need to output PDFs.

Has anyone identified a good way to script output to PDF or Postscript? Are there any tools like PreFab Player available on X to help with this?

Thanks,

Gary
