Yeah, I know. But if this one really is a good bug-fix update that doesn't
introduce new things that throw their peripherals out of whack (the usual
reason given when people are reluctant to update when you ask them to) they
may agree to update just for general stability. OS 9.2.2 has made
performance in several apps slower than the users will recall from OS 9.1 -
CarbonLib issues I think - that they might be very willing to update if the
new CarbonLib speeds up system performance generally. Here's hoping, anyhow.
If MacFixit likes the next update, that will usually be the best bet.
