I received a couple of responses for my questions and didn't realize that
they were sent directly to me instead of the list. Since I have had a number
of e-mails asking me what the responses were, I am forwarding them to the
list here:

1st response:

http://www.apple.com/applescript/AScript_CGI/

worked for me...there is an example you can download and then modify.

2nd response:

You can just go onto Apple's web site and do a search for "AppleScript CGI".
You'll find a sample.

If you are looking for a consultant who can help you create a streamlined
solution, check out our web site:

http://www.wtmedia.com/

We recently built a generic CGI for ourselves that handles ANY incoming form
data which it routes to a myFactory solution
(http://www.wtmedia.com/solutions/myFactory/myFactory.html). This resulted
in a streamlined solution that can easily be added to without any major
changes to the CGI. We create a new form for the web and a new AppleScript
action for myFactory and the CGI requires no changes - it routes the
information to myFactory and that's it. So far, it's been working great.

Let me know if you'd like to discuss any project options... or have any
questions.

Mark Munro
