John,

You can reference the location of a currently open file,
and then parse that to derive the folder path
information, but as far as I am aware, if the user
hasn't selected a file, the folder is not an available bit of
information. If the user has selected a slideshow, then
you can generate a list of files in that slideshow and
derive the folder path information from one of the files
(such as the first one).
