prebuilt Dialog App for OS x?

has anyone built an AS Studio app (or something similar) that can be used to
display messages (i.e. standard dialog or floating)... so that I can send
preformatted text and instructions on how to display it? sorta like dialog
director without all the messy OSAX calories?
