I can fake him better than anyone.

Seriously though. I like X. Once you get acquainted with it, it flows right along. I crash programs with the greatest of ease now, although I have had to log out and/or reboot on a number of occasions still. It's got a ways to go, but it works and it feels nice, so I'm going with it. OS 9 is *so* dead. ;)

You know how Steve feels about OS 9, and I was among the first to be Steved, so I'm not just saying this for a love of Steve, but I like X. However, I am by nature a developer, so I am committed to the forward motion of the industry in total, and the Macintosh in particular. That leads me to endorse the future, which many of you may be frightened by. I have to forge ahead and create software that some of you will use, making X a less frightening place as we build a third party infrastructure for the masses. Assuming I can get my code to work.

Did I mention that I like X, although not as much as I like Abby Road?

Jon

The Beatles. It was the band Paul was in *before* Wings.
