Essential Sub-Routines v0300 not available?

I downloaded the "Essential Sub-Routines" version 0300 from:
http://www.apple.com/applescript/help_mods.html
.. but after installing it in the "AppleScript Guidebook" folder, the first
page still says "content version number 0260". Is this a typo, or is version
0300 not available for download?
I deleted the old folder before installing the downloaded module, so I'm
confident that I'm using the one I most recently downloaded.
