Setting Memory allocation for Desktop Printers

I dont use Applescript a great deal, so please forgive what hopefully is a
straigth forward question for you pros!

I am writing a script to creating desktop printers for MAc OS 922 clients;
once created I want to set the minimum and preferred memory allocation,
which must be script from Finder; not the Desktop Printer Manager.

I dont seem to be having much luck and have been unable to find out how to
do it with normal applications!

Any help much appreciated.

Many thanks
Phelix
