I didn't realize that AppleScript or perhaps Carbon(?) apps understand
"Classic" paths rather than posix style: "a:b:c" rather than "a/b/c".

Is it just me, or is the Scriptmenu.menu widget in OS X fussy? Unless I
specifically activate FileMaker, it consistently bobbles Apple Events. Can
I activate an app without bringing it to the front? Or can I hide it
somehow after I'm done with it?
