A pretty good demonstration that the Finder in your machine (Mac OS before
X?) is slow at returning the not handled error for an event it receives,
compared with several other applications.

Try inverting a sample of the nests, so that the Finder tell is inside the
xxx tell. The times should become the same (measurement error aside) as
the "pure" Finder tell case.
