Interesting, thanks. I think it was John Delacour who was the original fan
of it, arguing that it was a bit faster but also less typing. I'm a big fan
of less typing, but this was one case where I wasn't persuaded, at least for
posts here. It just seemed more likely to confuse newcomers.
