Scripting desktop printer

I need to know if there is a way to script turning on the duplex option on
a HP4500 using applescript. I already have it setting up the correct PPD
but I need it to also set up duplexing only on certain machines and would
like a script to set this at startup for me the every time I reimage a
machine. Currently, the default off my master image comes through as
generic with no toptions. I do have the PPD dsetting part down but cannot
find any documentation on how to have the duplexing turned on. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.
