I have no problem getting your code to compile (under Mac OS 9.2.1 with
AkuaSweets 1.4.1). I just can't run it succesfully:
--> Finder got an error: Can't get name of every process.

Might you have have yet another third-party Scripting Addition, besides
Akua, doing some work for you?
