and save it as a local file.

Some questions first...
Do you require that the page actually be opened/viewed in IE or are
you only interested in downloading the file? Where will the list of
URLs come from and how will they be passed to the script? Is this a
static list? What version of Mac OS/IE/AppleScript will the script be
working with?
