This is not possible with ASR/AppleScript/Drive Setup.

The first issue is, Drive Steup is not AppleScript-able so, you wont
be able to partition the disk. I know, cause I wanted to do the same,
and I've asked Apple every year at WWDC applescript sessions to
include this feature.

I haven't ever needed to script Drive Setup, so feel free to tell me to
go take a flying leap...

However, it sure seems like Prefab Player or maybe even just QuicKeys
would make this possible, particularly if the idea is to format a number
of drives exactly the same way. I've used both Player and QuicKeys
before in fairly complex scripts with good results.

cheers,
