It's an executable, just like in 9, but it wont work with Apache on OSX unless you first install:

If you have WebStar for OS X, or Mac OS X Server then you don't need to do anything different as they still support the traditional style of AppleScript acgi's, but otherwise you'll need the dispatcher app.
