If you're learning, it's probably easier to record the script than use
the dictionary, as Excel is recordable.
Set Excel up to the point just before using the paste special command,
open a new script in the script editor and click record. Paste Special
in Excel. Click stop in the script editor. That'll give you the basis
for using Paste Special in scripts.
