Right. The point is that I want to store the result as alias to allow the
user to move the file around without having to find it again. But storing an
alias in a script property causes an error - with absolutely no opportunity
to reset anything - if the user then copies the script to another computer.
(I thought it would do the same thing if you trash the file and empty the
trash, too, but will test in OS X later to see what's going on there.) I do
not want to save the property as a string file path. That would make you
reset every time you moved the file.
