Hmmm...I'd rather not see "ignoring application responses" behavior be
caused invisibly, even though as you say restart is useless without it.

A comment in the Dictionary entry probably would be a good idea...the
present (Mac OS X 10.1.3 with December 2001 developer tools form of stock
Applescript and Finder) entry is rather sparse (and 2/3 of the words are
"restart ;-)):

restart: Restart the computer
restart
