I guess that's my cue; you don't mention the method I showed you last year
using Akua's resource tools with recordAccess OSAX which affords another
level of string > variable name type behavior and data storage.
The hardest part is finding the tools in Akua's mass.

Incidentally: I came across {record} as string in Smile help's 'display()'
description and recalled testing without realising it's power and promptly
forgetting it. Thanks for cleaning recordWrecker for peoples with "foo" tids
has ; I'll post it somewhere(someTime)

Smile has so many nice features it's a great choice for a roll your own
app. Where are all the Smile scripters anyway?
