Yes. If you have just a script in your startup items folder, it's much
easier to control what happens when.

The simple approach would be to make yourself a separate 'startup stuff'
folder, put everything except the script in it, and have the script loop
through the contents of the startup stuff folder, opening them one by one in
an orderly fashion after it's unlocked your keychain.
