Hello, I don't know how much attention this issue may have already
gotten on this list, (OK, Rob has already mentioned this) but there is a
session at WWDC 2002 on Applescript developments. Here is a description.

106 - AppleScript Update
After ten years, it's time to make waves with AppleScript. What you've
been waiting for is about
to happen: a new plug-in architecture to replace OSAXen, support for
scriptable application
plug-ins, an all-Unicode parser, an XML-based replacement for
terminology resources, and finally,
an easy-to-use replacement for the ObjectSupportLib. Whether you're
writing scriptable
applications or are just a novice scripter, don't miss this session.
I wish I could go. Any comments? Is this a big change or a minor
revision?
/Michael Turner
