Apparently "form data" (otherwise known as "POST" method) doesn't work with URL Access Scripting.
My understanding is that entering something in the "form data" section of the command to URL Access Scripting will cause it to do a POST. If you want to do a GET you have to encode the data into the URL itself with &'s and the like. I can see the POST request happening when talking to my oscilloscope under 9.2 but in the outside world POSTs are not always treated the same at the server - read Micro$oft - end.

Why do I keep trying to accomplish tasks with this widget which only works half the time?
There you have a point. I'm using a mix of iCab and Interarchy. It's https and ftp passwords that have shoved me that way.
