For anyone that is interested, it seems to be the case that Apple really
wants you to use IE be default. When you create a new user, it seems to
always default to IE regardless of what you list as the "IsDefaultHandler =
YES" in the DefaultHelperApps.plist. I really have no idea why this would be
the case, but it is annoying. I can set almost anything else with my
preferences for what my company uses except a browser. I would assume most
companies have a default browser that may or may not be IE, so this seems
kind of bad.
