You could
1. Install Zingg.
2. Control-Click
3. Open using Script Debugger.

It occurred to me that I could open AppleScript droplets for editing without
having to open them from within (or drag them onto) a script editor - by

set theFile to path to me
tell application "Finder"
open theFile using file "Mezzanine!:Applications:Script Debugger
3.0:Script Debugger"
end tell

Good idea? Silly idea? Should I go stand in the corner?

I have tried both with the pot warmed and with the pot not warmed. I consistently get the same results. Could you post some code that demonstrates the advantage of the warmed-pot method's advantages?
