A Rounder Round 1.3 and numToStr 1.2

If anyone here uses my fast rounding handlers or my number-to-string
handler - or would like to :-) - they may like to know that I've just
released updates.

The truncation handlers in A Rounder Round 1.3 now return correct results
with Livy numbers (such as 321.24) and the return from the string-output
version is no longer susceptible to marring by 'has' TIDs (such as
"foo"). It's also had a couple of bug fixes in its own right. I've added
alternative versions of the truncation handlers for people who prefer
point-fives to round to even rather than away from zero. I've also added
six "quantise" handlers that round to multiples of other numbers. The
original six fast rounders are unchanged.

numToStr 1.2 is a little faster than the original and is also immune to
'has' TIDs.

These "recommended upgrades" are available for download from
ScriptBuilders and are offered as editable freeware:

NG

PS. None of the above handlers have been tested with "Knapp numbers" -
but until these are discovered (or invented), described, and understood,
there's not much that can be done at this stage. ;-) Seriously, though,
many thanks to Arthur for trying out several intermediate versions for
me. :-)
