Saving optimized PDF in acrobat

Is it possible to script acrobat to save a PDF with the optimize option on.
Also save it in an other folder on desktop and insert the string "DEF_" at
beginning of filename.
The idea is to drop several PDF on an droplet and save the optimized PDF in
an other location on the disk.
